Shipping Information
Thank you for shopping with Love Your Space. All of our pieces are printed and produced in Australia and are created to order specifically for each customer. This allows us to maintain a high level of quality and care with every order we send out.
Because your artwork is made to order, preparation times will vary depending on the product type and size selected.
Preparation Times
For unframed prints, please allow approximately 5-7 business days for printing and dispatch.
For framed prints, canvas pieces and wallpaper, please allow approximately 8 days for printing, framing, quality checking, and packaging prior to dispatch. Larger items may require additional time.
During sale periods, public holidays, or busy seasonal times, production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Delivery timeframes vary based on your location within Australia and the courier network. Once your order leaves our production facility, you’ll receive tracking details to follow its progress.
For New Zealand orders, unframed prints and wallpapers typically take 10–15 days, while framed prints and canvas pieces arrive within 5–10 days.
Delivery Fees
Within Australia: Shipping is FREE.
New Zealand Orders: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $35 AUD for all orders.
Redelivery Fees:
If a delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control (for example, there is no safe place for the parcel to be left, the delivery address is an apartment or unit without safe access, or the courier is unable to gain entry), the parcel may be returned to the courier depot or redelivery may be required.
Any redelivery or return-to-sender fees charged by the courier will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before the parcel can be resent.
To help avoid additional charges, please ensure your delivery address is accurate and, where possible, provide delivery instructions or an address where someone is available to accept the parcel.
Making Changes to Your Order
As we begin processing orders quickly, we recommend contacting us immediately if you need to make any changes. Please email hello@loveyourspace.com.au and we will do our best to assist.
However, if your order has already entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Deliveries to PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
We can send unframed prints and wallpaper to PO Boxes and parcel lockers.
For framed artworks, delivery must be to a residential or business address where someone is available to sign for the delivery during business hours, Monday to Friday.
If you are unsure about the best delivery address to use, please contact our team and we will help you choose the best option.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be sent in separate parcels.
