INSTALLATION

Easy Application Guide for Peel & Stick Wallpaper

No need for fancy equipment or professionals—just follow these simple steps for a smooth installation:

  1. Prepare Your Wall: If your wall was recently painted, wait up to 30 days before applying wallpaper to allow the paint to fully cure. Ensure your wall is smooth, as textured surfaces like brick or rough concrete won't work with self-adhesive wallpaper. Fill in any holes, remove hooks, and wipe the wall clean with a damp cloth to eliminate dust that could cause air bubbles.

  2. Gather Your Tools: You'll need a ladder, sharp Stanley knife, measuring tape, a cloth, and possibly a helping hand.

  3. Apply the Wallpaper: Begin by peeling back 20cm of the backing paper and creasing it. Position the first panel at your starting point. This panel is crucial—ensure it’s aligned correctly as it will affect the rest of the panels. Apply the wallpaper starting from the far left and moving across from top to bottom.

  4. Smooth the Panel: Press down firmly from the center outwards to eliminate air bubbles. If any bubbles appear, simply peel back the panel and smooth them out. The wallpaper can be repositioned, but avoid excessive handling, which could reduce its adhesive strength.

  5. Finish Up: Use a sharp blade to trim any excess wallpaper from the base and sides of the wall.
