As each piece is custom made to order, we’re unable to offer cancellations or refunds for change of mind once your order has been placed.
If you’re unsure about anything before ordering, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help you choose the perfect artwork for your space.
If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Faulty
We fully comply with Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund if your item:

Arrives damaged during transit

Has a manufacturing fault or defect

Is significantly different from what was shown or described
How to Report an Issue
If something isn’t right, please email us at hello@loveyourspace.com.au within 24 hours of delivery so we can sort it quickly.
Please include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item
-
Photos of the packaging (including the outer box, carton, or tube)
Please keep all original packaging, as this is required for claims.
Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. Please don’t send anything back before approval, as unapproved returns may be sent back to you at your cost.
Our Product Guarantee
We take pride in our quality — every piece is carefully inspected before it leaves us.
All products come with a 2-year guarantee covering manufacturing faults from the date of purchase.
This doesn’t cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect handling, or not following care instructions.
Gift Cards
Gift cards do not expire and are non-refundable once purchased.
Looking After Your Artwork
To keep your artwork looking its best:

Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading

Keep away from moisture or damp areas

For acrylic or plexiglass, clean with a soft dry cloth or a slightly damp cloth (no chemicals)
