What paper do you print on?

Our prints are crafted using high-quality 250gsm matte paper, known for its durability and thickness. This ensures that your artwork feels solid and sturdy. To achieve vibrant and accurate colours, we use Epson's UltraChrome archival inks. These inks are recognised for their exceptional colour reproduction and longevity, designed to resist fading and maintain their vibrancy over time.

Is it all your own work?

Yes, the majority of our prints are photographed and designed by our in-house team. We also offer a curated collection of pieces from around the world. When you purchase from us, you're supporting an Australian business.

When will I receive my order?

If I order a mix of prints and frames, will they arrive together?

What is the best way to contact LYS?

Do you have a physical store?

We are an online-only store based in Newcastle, NSW, and do not have a physical location to view our artwork. All our art is printed and framed in Melbourne.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer a range of sizes, including A4, A3, A2, 50cm x 50cm, 50cm x 70cm, 70cm x 70cm, 60cm x 90cm, A1, 90cm x 90cm, 70cm x 100cm, 100cm x 100cm and A0. Sizes for each print can be selected on the product page. If you’re ordering an A0 size, we recommend framing it with us or a local framer due to the difficulty of finding suitable frames.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before you receive our "order processing" email. Once the order is processing, cancellations are no longer possible.

Do you offer express shipping?

Can I use a PO Box for shipping?

Unframed and wallpapers prints can be shipped to a PO Box, but all framed items, decals, and wallpapers must be sent to a physical address.

Can you recommend places to buy my own frames?

Customers have recommended stores like IKEA, Spotlight, Freedom Furniture, Adairs, Office Works, and Reject Shop. Please ensure you order the correct size print to avoid a buckled fit.

Can you customise a print to fit my frame?

Yes, most of our prints can be customised to fit your frame, including square formats. Contact us before placing your order to discuss your requirements.

Do your prints have a white border?

You can now choose to add a white border to your print. The border size varies depending on the print size. If your frame already has a mat board, we recommend not adding a white border.

Can I return my print if I ordered the wrong size?

Can you help me select prints?

Will my print look different?

The print you see on our website is exactly what you will receive. However, please note that colours may vary slightly due to screen differences.

Do you offer framing?

Yes! We offer premium, sustainable timber frames in natural, black, or white finishes. Each frame is fitted with optical-grade perspex that blocks 94% of UV rays — safer and lighter than glass for both shipping and handling.

• A4, A3 & A2 frames: Supplied with wire and D-rings for easy hanging.

• A1 and larger frames: Fitted with sturdy corner brackets, nails, and hooks for extra support.
