Do you use glass in your frames?
No, we do not use glass in our frames. Glass is heavy, fragile, and can be dangerous to both ship and hang, particularly in larger frame sizes.

Instead, we use premium gallery-grade acrylic (Perspex), which offers the same clear, high-quality appearance as glass while being significantly lighter and more durable. It is shatter-resistant, safer for homes and businesses, easier to hang, and helps protect your artwork during transit.

Many professional galleries and framers now prefer high-grade acrylic because it provides excellent clarity without the weight and risks associated with traditional glass.

Can I use 3M Command strips on the back of your framed prints?
Yes, you can use 3M Command picture hanging strips. For the best and most secure hold, we recommend removing a small section of the moisture-resistant sealing tape so the strips adhere directly to the wooden frame.

Applying strips to the sealing tape itself isn’t advised, as it’s not designed for load-bearing adhesion and may lift over time.

This is the method most of our customers use and it generally provides a stronger, more reliable result. However, please note that using Command strips is at your own risk. We do not cover damage, falls, or incidents caused by adhesive hanging methods under warranty.

Our preferred method is to hang frames using hooks for maximum stability.

Do you have a physical store?
No, we’re online only.

All of our art is printed and framed in Melbourne.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel anytime before you receive your order processing email.

Once your order is in production, we’re unable to cancel it.

How much is shipping & do you ship overseas?
At the moment, we ship within Australia and New Zealand only.

Can I ship to a PO Box?
Yes, but only for unframed prints and wallpaper.

Framed orders need a physical address.

Where can I buy my own frames?
Our customers love places like IKEA, Spotlight, Freedom, Adairs, Officeworks, and even the Reject Shop.

Just make sure you order the correct print size so it fits properly.

Can you customise a print to fit my frame?
Yes, most unframed prints can be resized, including square formats.

Contact us before ordering and we’ll sort it out with you.

Do your prints have a white border?
You can choose to add one.

It won’t change the overall size of your print, the size you select will be the size you receive.

If your frame already has a mat, we recommend no adding the border.
