When will I receive my order?

If I order prints and frames, will they arrive together?
Not always. Prints are made quicker, so they’ll usually arrive first.

Can I use 3M Command strips on the back of your framed prints?
Yes, you can use 3M Command picture hanging strips. For the best and most secure hold, we recommend removing a small section of the moisture-resistant sealing tape so the strips adhere directly to the wooden frame.
Applying strips to the sealing tape itself isn’t advised, as it’s not designed for load-bearing adhesion and may lift over time.
This is the method most of our customers use, and it provides a much stronger, more reliable result. Our preferred method, however, is to hang frames using hooks for maximum stability.

Do you have a physical store?
No — we’re online only.
All of our art is printed and framed right here in Melbourne.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel anytime before you receive your “order processing” email.
Once your order is in production, we’re unable to cancel it.
How much is shipping & do you ship overseas?
At the moment, we ship within Australia and New Zealand only. You can view all shipping details here.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Yes — but only for unframed prints and wallpaper.
Framed orders need a physical address.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation
First, check your junk/spam folder.
If it’s not there, you might’ve entered the wrong email — just contact us and we’ll fix it.
Where can I buy my own frames?
Our customers love places like IKEA, Spotlight, Freedom, Adairs, Officeworks, and even the Reject Shop.
Just make sure you order the correct print size so it fits properly.
Can you customise a print to fit my frame?
Yes — most prints can be resized (including square formats).
Email us before ordering and we’ll sort it out with you.
Do your prints have a white border?
You can choose to add one.
It won’t change the overall size of your print — just the look.
If your frame already has a mat, we recommend skipping the border.
Can I return my print if I ordered the wrong size?

Can you help me choose prints?
Absolutely — we love this stuff.
Upload a photo of your space here and we’ll send you styling suggestions (for free).
Will my print look exactly like the website?
Yes — what you see is what you’ll get.
Just keep in mind colours can vary slightly depending on your screen.
Do you offer framing?
We do! Our frames are premium timber (natural, black, or white) with lightweight, UV-protective perspex (safer than glass).
A4, A3, A2: Ready to hang with wire
A1 and up: Extra support with brackets, nails, and hooks
