Refunds, Exchanges & Returns
At Love Your Space, every piece is made to order just for you. Because of this, we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
We’d genuinely love to be able to offer this — but as a small business, doing so would mean we simply couldn’t keep going. So we really appreciate you taking a moment to double-check your order before checking out.
That said, we absolutely stand by the quality of our work. If something doesn’t look right or you feel your order isn’t up to standard, please let us know — we want you to love your piece, and we’ll always do our best to make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and include:
Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of the packaging
A brief explanation of what happened
Once we have this, we’ll organise a replacement for you as quickly as possible. (We do need photos of the packaging to process this.)
A couple of quick notes:
We’re not responsible for damage caused while opening your package
Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery
If an order is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, a $19.90 re-delivery fee will apply
